Railsider Mediterráneo has completed its project of adaptation and improvement of the railway terminal at the company’s warehouse in Sagunto. With this transformation, the terminal is now operational on international gauge, allowing the direct circulation of UIC trains without transshipments or axle changes. This represents a strategic advantage, reducing transit times, simplifying international logistics and optimizing operating costs. At the same time, it strengthens the ability to attract new cross-border traffic and to integrate the terminal into the main European rail networks.
