As a result of this operation, more than 350 Ardanuy Ingeniería employees located in Spain, Portugal and Latin America, as well as in India and the Baltic countries, are joining the SYSTRA teams, enabling the Group to strengthen its technical expertise in the field of transport systems and infrastructure.

Furthermore, this acquisition strengthens Systra’s presence in the Iberian Peninsula and Latin America, where the Group supports numerous public and private clients in major projects such as the metro systems of Santiago, Bogota, Panama, Madrid, Barcelona and Bilbao; road concessions in Chile, Peru and Colombia; and high-speed rail lines in Spain and Portugal. This growth momentum was recently illustrated by the successful integration of the Spanish company Subterra, acquired by Systra in March 2023, which specialises in tunnels and underground structures.
