CEFF thus offers training to the workers of those companies that carry out the maintenance tasks for the infrastructure of the Haramain Railway, also known as the Desert Train. This involves expanding the centre’s training resources outside of Spain, where its activity was focused so far.

CEFF, created in 2008, has its offices in Madrid, Zaragoza, Valencia, Seville and Oviedo, and holds collaboration agreements with Adif and other organizations and companies to provide rail training at any point of the Spanish territory.
