This order, destined for the Normandy Region, is part of the framework contract signed with SNCF in 2010 to provide up to 860 Omneo trains for France’s Regions. To date, a total of 455 units have already been ordered.

The Omneo Premium offers both in first and second class ample space for passengers, reclining seats, a reading light, USB and power plugs as well as a large foldaway table. It also features LED indicators, TFT screens and a dynamic seat reservation system. Each trainset is 135 metres in length and has a capacity of 553 seats in addition to offering space for twelve bicycles.
