The launch of this service, which runs weekly, responds to the growing demand from the large food chains throughout Europe for this type of product. The batches of olive oil are transported by truck from the points of origin to the logistics terminal of Almussafes, in Valencia. From there they travel in containers, via Dourges, to Belgium. The final leg is also carried out by road to reach the exact point of destination.

The implementation of this service is part of Transfesa Logistics’ strategy to develop door-to-door corridors from the south of Spain to countries such as Belgium and the Netherlands. Given the interest that Spanish food products arouse abroad, the company is currently developing a new route for the export of these types of goods.
