The solution, which has been tested in vehicles and public transport stations of Transports Metropolitans of Barcelona (TMB), is one of the eleven proposals approved by the European Institute of Innovation and Technology in Urban Mobility (EIT Urban Mobility) in the extraordinary call for proposals against the COVID-19 pandemic.

TMB is one of the operators that took part in the test programme of this aqueous antiseptic solution that is applied on the surfaces and elements of its metro and bus vehicles. The dissemination is to be continued at other industry events, such as the European Week for Waste Reduction.
