The wagons equipped with this system allow the automation of the entire transport, tracking, and traceability process, a digitisation process that optimises all the operation’s management, the personnel’s time and the logistics chain’s efficiency. It also contributes to reducing wagon rotation and, in conjunction with the management software developed by Transfesa Logistics, increases the ability to move these assets more quickly and efficiently.

The physical attachment of each GPS device to the corresponding wagon has been carried out without having to take the vehicles out of circulation thanks to a structured operation that included nine installation points, between workshops and mobile equipment, in Germany and Spain.
