Mafex, which expects that market volume to increase to an average annual rate of 3%, brings together 113 partners from all subsectors that make more than 6 billion Euros of railway turnover, employs more than 30,000 people and represents 83% of railway exports in the Spanish industry. 4% of its turnover is invested in R&D&I.

The rail sector is experiencing a transformation in its operations, systems and infrastructures motivated by the adoption of new services and digital solutions that are increasing its attractiveness and promoting the railway as the most comfortable, efficient and reliable mode of transport for freight.
