S-ACCESS aims to strengthen European SMEs to participate in public procurement tenders in markets outside the EU. MAFEX will collaborate in defining and implementing the internationalisation strategy for the USA, Canada and Norway.

The project, which will last for 24 months, will offer a complete analysis of the target countries, training and advisory services to SMEs, as well as company missions to the target countries, among other actions.

The project will be developed in two phases, the preparatory phase and the implementation phase, during which an analysis of the SMEs gathered in the partner clusters as well as of the markets and tendering procedures and public procurement processes in the target markets will be carried out. These have been selected on the basis of what has been previously developed in the PERES project.
