(08/09/2022)

The agreement is subject to customary approvals, including by the Australian Government. Sener has already operated an office in Sydney since 2016, working on railway projects such as Melbourne Metro and Cross River Railway in Brisbane.

Tactix, whose head office is also in Sydney, specialises in transport and infrastructure sectors, and has a team of 150 consultants offering the delivery of road and rail engineering systems, design, project management and assurance to major transport and infrastructure projects across Australia.

After the acquisition, the Australian company will continue operating under the name Tactix, but with Sener’s structure. The new company will offer a wide range of services across more than 15 disciplines, from systems assurance and integration to design, construction supervision, procurement, testing and commissioning, operations and maintenance.
