With this contract, in addition to ensuring the operational and functional continuity of the metro’s SAP systems, Ayesa will be responsible for the hosting and management of the SAP platform. This system will benefit Santiago Metro’s users, thanks to increased efficiency in the way travel cards are managed as well as improvements to the ticket system. Customers will thus be able to report problems and ask for assistance with greater ease. Through this agreement, Ayesa has become the new technology partner of Metro de Santiago de Chile, helping the company in its automation and innovation strategy in order to increase the efficiency of its processes as well as save time and resources.
