For what purpose do we process your personal data?

We inform users of the existence of personal data processing created from the data obtained from the forms available on the portal with the purpose of carrying out the administrative and commercial procedures needed in relation to your request. In particular, to give an answer to the enquiries that you might make via the transparency portal or perform the necessary economic transactions via the virtual POS, as well as other activities organized from FFE (Photographic contest "Caminos de Hierro", Literature Contest, participation in volunteer programs, ...)

How long do we keep your data?

We shall keep personal data for the purposes mentioned above as long as users do not explicitly state that they do not wish their data to appear in our registers, unless there are legal circumstances that oblige us to keep those data during the necessary time.

You may indicate to us your intention of having your data deleted or, where applicable, exercise the rights that legally correspond to you at any time making the appropriate request via the relevant contacts of Fundación de los Ferrocarriles Españoles or the Data Protection Officer designated by the body.

What is the legitimization for processing your personal data?

Regarding the sending of information about the activities of FFE, the legal basis for processing the personal data of the users is what is included in article 6.1.a) of the GDPR: The data subject has given consent to the processing of his or her personal data for one or more specific purposes.

In case on treatments necessary for the formalization of a contractual relationship with the user, article 6.1.b) of GDPR: Processing is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is party or in order to take steps at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract.

Who are the recipients of your data?

Data collected via the web forms available on the portal shall be used solely and exclusively by Fundación de los Ferrocarriles Españoles for the aforementioned purposes.

No data shall be transmitted to third parties unless legal obligation.

What are your rights when you give your personal data?

Users will have the rights provided for in the current legislation regarding Personal Data Protection guaranteed:
