The agreement formalises both parties’ intention to cooperate in providing technical assistance and specialised consultancy services. The Mauritanian delegation travelled to Tenerife to solidify this alliance. This partnership allows the Ministry to directly utilise the qualified human resources and experience of the Tenerife operator for the development of future railway projects. Regarding operational commitments, Metrotenerife will offer its technical knowledge to conduct studies and develop methodological proposals that meet the needs of the Mauritanian Ministry.
