Ineco will take part, together with CSI Ingenieros, in the development of Uruguay’s Railway Master Plan. As part of this assignment, the company will carry out a comprehensive analysis of the current state of the railway network and forecast demand up to 2050. It will identify high-impact projects, define a sustainable investment plan — including innovative and climate finance — and establish the necessary regulatory and implementation frameworks. In addition, the Ministry of Transport and Public Works of Uruguay has extended Ineco’s contract in the field of railway maintenance and management.
