From 13 to 14 March the European congress on metros, light rail and tramways, the ‘European Light Rail Congress’, will be held in Seville. The previous edition was held in Tenerife in March 2023.

Under the motto "The backbone of sustainable mobility", the event will bring together specialists and decision-makers from all over Europe to discuss the technology and development of sustainable urban rail. In addition to the congress itself and the trade exhibition, a series of technical visits and some networking sessions are planned.
The congress is organised by Mainspring in collaboration with Metro de Sevilla. Vía Libre participates with its own stand and as media partner.
